For more than two decades, I've represented survivors of sexual violence. My work is rooted in trauma-informed advocacy. I guide my clients through the legal system with compassion, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to justice.
I know the legal world can feel intimidating. But here, you’re not just a case. You’re a person. You deserve to feel safe, believed, and supported every step of the way.
I’ve always felt called to protect the most vulnerable. Over the years, I’ve seen the legal system fail far too many people, especially survivors navigating trauma. That’s why I started my own practice. I wanted to create a place where your story is heard, your rights are honored, and your healing is prioritized.
I began my legal career at a top-tier law firm in New York, where I worked alongside some of the best attorneys in their fields. That experience gave me the tools to take on powerful institutions and stand firm in high-stakes situations.
Before opening my own firm, I served as Deputy General Counsel at a national nonprofit focused on substance abuse prevention. That role shaped how I approach leadership, community advocacy, and systemic change.
I’ve helped clients recover millions in damages. But I’m just as proud of the outcomes that led to safer schools, stronger workplace protections, and real policy reform. For me, justice is about more than a verdict. It’s about impact.
I live in Traverse City with my family and feel grateful to call this place home. I also love traveling throughout the country to represent my clients. When I'm not at work, I'm usually trail running, playing with our sweet rescue pup, or spending hours in local bookstores.
I believe in clear communication, mutual respect, and showing up with integrity
